Comrade Ro and 56 American commissars vs. National Heroes of Ukraine  (a statement by Andriy Biletsky, leader of National Corps and the first commander of the AZOV regiment)

This text is a reaction to the appeal of 57 US Congressmen to the State Department with the requirement to “influence Ukraine” in order to prevent the heroization of Bandera and Shukhevych, as well as the existence of the Azov regiment.

At first, I did not even want to comment on another denunciation by comrade Ro Khanna and 56 Baku commissars American congressmen. I did not want to do it, because “Azov,” which, in their words, “had to be disbanded,” was created thanks to the idealistic Ukrainian youth and released Mariupol, Maryinka, Shyrokyne and a number of other cities due to the faith in Ukraine and the Ukrainian Idea rather than due to the favor of the overseas master, Brussels or Moscow one. We do not need anybody’s permission to fight for freedom and the better future of our own people and to die for it. We have not needed such permission since spring of 2014 when we fought for Kharkiv and Lugansk as a partisan detachment of “little black men.” In this respect, we really resemble those who are denigrated by congressmen-commissars: the fighters of the UPA, the OUN, the army of the UNR and ZUNR.

WHY CAN THIS DENUNCIATION NOT BE IGNORED?

The denunciation of Ro Khanna affects not so much a particular “Azov” but also an extremely important nation-wide issue. This is a question of our history and our heroes. Nations that allow anyone to decide who are the heroes and who are the villains in their own history do not exist for a long time. History is memory, tradition, a system of values, a clue for every people. The people without memory is like a man with absolute amnesia. History is a guide for the future, not a dry textbook. The people that is told that the fighters for independence are the enemies and those who drove it into the imperial yoke are the heroes, cannot be successful, because it is programmed to serve other people’s national projects, not its own development. For hundreds of years, tsarism had been telling us who was the hero and who was not. That’s how Mazepa has been made a traitor, and Kochubei the snitch a hero. Then, for more than seventy years, the Soviet Union had been teaching us that our friends were Lenin, Stalin, Kaganovich and Postyshev, while Konovalets, Petliura, Shukhevych, Bandera were traitors and bandits. Now we hear the same list of forbidden heroes from the left-liberal LGBT-sympathetic commandant Ro. And he acts in the best Soviet traditions: “to dissolve, to ban, to influence,” such are the instruments of the liberal Hunweibin.

WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE?

54 out of 56 signatories are Democratic congressmen from the so-called “Obama friends.” That is, the leftist anti-national wing of the US Democratic Party. Ro Khanna himself is a frequent guest of Russian TV. He regularly criticizes America for a military campaign in Syria.

WHY IS IT NOT ABOUT THE TRUTH?

Because the document does not mention real facts (none is given), only the ideological constructs (the struggle against any manifestations of the national), condemning the entire people and imposing labels. It is not interesting to the authors that there was an entire Jewish kurin (military unit) in the ZUNR army (apparently they think that the kurin consisted of specially trained anti-Semitic Jews), that Stepan Bandera had spent almost the entire Second World in a German concentration camp. It is not interesting that the level of anti-Semitism in Ukraine is the lowest in Europe according to the American research organization Pew Research Center. Ro Khanna has been engaged in politics not for two days, but not a single word of sympathy and support for the Ukrainian people in a bloody war for independence came out from under his pen. For some reason, he was not indignant at the glorification of the perpetrators of Holodomor, the genocide of the Ukrainian people, all of these Lenins, Kaganovichs and other Kosiorovs.

UNEXPECTED YET FACTUAL

Grandfather of Ro Khanna, Amarnath Vidyalankar, was a fighter for the independence of India, a member of the Indian National Congress headed by Mahatma Gandhi. Vidyalankar even stayed in prison (just like Stepan Bandera). In the struggle for the independence of India, there were different episodes, not mythical, but real. In particular, there were extremely bloody ones, such as the massacre in Bibighar where hundreds of defenseless British women and children were slaughtered. Tantia Tope, the leader of the rebels, is considered the national hero of India (and I’m not going to argue with this). For some reason, I did not find any appeals by Ro Khanna to the State Department with the demands to influence India in order to “demolish monuments and stop heroization of the genocide’s author.” India is a proud country and will not allow anyone to tread on their history.

I assure you, if we swallow the gross interference in the sovereign affairs of the Ukrainian State, then Bandera and Shukhevych will not be the end. Sooner or later, they will get to Shevchenko and Bogdan, Franko and Sviatoslav. Therefore, it is necessary to state clearly to the whole world: “We are the Ukrainians, we have been fighting for a free life in our own land for centuries. Within this time, hundreds of our heroes were born and died, and each of them is dear to us. None of them we are going to forget or betray! This struggle is going on right now, too. New and new heroes will appear in Ukraine until our United State comes to life!”

Let’s remember the simple truth: “He who does not manage his own history, does not have his own future as well.”

Rather than disband Azov, the government incorporated it into the Ukrainian National Guard overseen by the Ministry of the Interior. The group is widely known to be closely connected to Interior Minister Arsen Avakov.”

National Corps at the 3rd JN Congress “REGeneration Europa” in Riesa

May 11-12, 2018, in the German city of Riesa, under the slogan “Your Homeland needs you!”, NPD’s youth branch JN (Young Nationalists) held an annual international congress on the European future and the current challenges to Europe requiring a common decisive answer of European nationalist forces.
Apart from NPD members (Sascha Roßmüller, Jens Baur), the two-day congress was attended by representatives, speakers and guests from both Western and Eastern European countries (Spain, Italy, Greece, Poland, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Ukraine, Serbia, Croatia), as well as Russia. Overall, thanks to the determination of JN to generate an all-European alternative to the EU at the REGeneration Europa congress, organizers made sure to invite a new generation of European nationalists even from those countries which are traditionally considered “historical enemies” (Greece and Bulgaria, Bulgaria and Serbia, Serbia and Croatia, and so on). Also, for the first time, at the congress spoke Polish nationalists of Trzecia Droga (Third Way), a precedent previously unimaginable at the events of this kind.

But the most ambitious task undertaken by the congress organizers was giving a platform both to the Ukrainian and Russian representatives whose view of the Russian-Ukrainian conflict was expectedly antagonistic. In spite of the traditional for NPD Russia-friendly course, as a young generation of German nationalists, JN proved to be a vanguard in this case, too, having invited to the congress members of Ukrainian National Corps, also for the first time.

Thanks to them, Ukrainian nationalists, who spoke at both congress days (Victoria Polunina and Olena Semenyaka), extensively highlighted the perspective of Ukrainian nationalists on the developments of the Maidan revolution, historical and modern causes of the armed conflict with Russia and assessment of Putin’s internal policies as witnessed by the Russian nationalists who fled to Ukraine after an outbreak of the war in the Donbas and have become a part of the National Corps movement. Besides, they established new international contacts and scheduled visits to them, invited NPD and other guests to the upcoming international events in Kyiv and talked in depth with the leadership of the party whose opinions on the Russian-Ukrainian conflict also vary.

Although a full title of the event, in fact, was the Congress of Free European Nations, the Russian side was represented by the Russian Imperial Movement as it was the only Russian organization known to JN that agreed to take part at the congress along with Ukrainian nationalists. However, it was not the only problematic aspect of the RIM given that its main representative introduced himself to the organizers as a priest yet came to the first congress day dressed in a camouflage uniform displaying the “Novorussia” chevron that is used by Putin-backed armed formations in the East of Ukraine.

In spite of this, the Ukrainian delegation complied with an unspoken agreement with the event organizers and avoided all provocative contexts in which an open conflict with the RIM’s representative could emerge. Nevertheless, after the delegate of this, basically, religious organization vowed to march on Kyiv during his speech on the next congress day, Czech nationalists of Národní A Sociální Fronta (National and Social Front) perceived it as a yet another provocation on his part, which resulted in them attacking RIM’s representative.

It happened during the concluding concert program of the event, after passions heated up partly by alcohol, partly by an exciting venue’s atmosphere. However, Czech nationalists considered it a matter of honor to underline that they were not mere troublemakers and positioned their act as a reaction to provocative appearance, statements and behavior, during the presentation by the Ukrainian delegation in particular, of the RIM’s delegate who did not fit in the congress’ concept.

Dr. Tomislav Sunić and Olena Semenyaka covered closely connected philosophical topics: Dr. Sunić spoke on Martin Heidegger’s concept of “idle talk,” once again enraging narrow-minded leftists by the skillful application of Heidegger’s phenomenological descriptions to the rhetorical manipulations of leftliberal media, and Olena Semenyaka, who is in charge of international relations in National Corps, on the dialogue between Ernst Jünger and Martin Heidegger on the prospects of new metaphysics and the rebirth of the West, also discussed in the context of the geopolitical program of National Corps.
After that, the Ukrainian delegation, which is already cooperating with Der III. Weg party (The Third Way), continued holding meetings with representatives of various German right-wing / third positionist organizations and inviting them to the upcoming international events of the ever growing National Corps movement.

The Russian Imperial Movement took part in the international congress of nationalists in Dresden

On 11th and 12th of May, in the town of Riesa near Dresden, a conference entitled “[Re]Generation Europa” was held. As part of this event, nationalist organizations from all over Europe had to establish and strengthen ties, as well as to work out further steps to resist and overcome the challenges of globalism, multiculturalism and Islamization.

The Russian Imperial Movement, as the only adequate nationalist organization in Russia, also took part in this landmark event.

Our goals were the following: to conduct a thorough investigation of the sentiments prevailing in the European right-wing movement, to reduce the anti-Russian component, and to determine possible ways for cooperation and interaction when possible.

It is noteworthy that the organizers of the conference Junge Nationalisten, the youth wing of the NPD, keep a neutral position towards the Russian-Ukrainian conflict, therefore, in addition to us, representatives of the marginal Ukrainian svoboda party and the criminal organization of “nazi corps” were invited to the event. We must give credit, unlike the RIM, they were not offered the status of official guests. “Svoboda” members, having learned about our participation, refused to come, but the delegation of the nazi corps still was represented, although it was its representatives whom we liquidated during the hot phase of the war, and, God willing, we will be liquidating in case of a new active phase.

RIM was represented by your humble servant, and I had to do it alone. I was not completely sure how I would be met and what it would be like to neighbor with the representatives of Ukrainian terrorists at the conference, but I knew for sure that the Lord was on our side, so there was neither fear nor doubt. Moreover, our discourse implies our a priori superiority over all the nationalist organizations in Europe, because only we have the task of restoring a proper national empire, and only we have all the possibilities to do it. Since I represented an acting and active organization with its own military wing, it was decided to go in a military uniform and with the chevron of Novorossia, as an evidence of our real deeds.

At the airport in Dresden, representatives of the border guard service poked around in my passport for about half an hour figuring out what was the exact purpose of my coming and whether to let me in. Ingenuously, I told them that I was going to the forum of nationalist organizations and am a representative of Russian nationalism myself. Later, I was told that I had passed the border guards, which is itself a small miracle.

I thank the activists of JN for that warm and considerate welcome, for accommodating me first at a small headquarters near Elba, and then at a comfortable hotel. There were no problems neither with food, nor with the solution of many other momentary problems. The Germans met the RIM as old friends.

he conference gathered more than two hundred people, and representatives of fifteen different nationalist organizations. And I have to say that most of them showed interest and loyalty to the RIM. In the mind of the right-wing European, Russian is almost always Soviet, and I was gladly breaking this stupid stereotype, demonstrating by my own example that there is precisely the right-wing national movement in Russia. Thus, after a short conversation, I was assured of sympathy and support even by the representatives of Poland. They were particularly enthusiastic about my proposal to divide Ukraine between our countries in accordance with historical and geopolitical reality. Even my words about the inevitable war with America were met with understanding, because namely America is considered by the right-wingers of Europe as a source of pernicious globalization processes.

Quite expected were friendly and cordial contacts with representatives of Serbia and Greece firmly connected with us by a common enmity towards Turkey and Islamism as such. Moreover, the desire of the Russian Empire to return Constantinople and Kosovo were especially appreciated. Even the representative of Croatia after the conversation with me proclaimed “Glory to Russia.”

With pleasure I was assured of loyalty by the representatives of Bulgaria and Italy (and the Italians, it turned out, also fought in the Donbas against the Ukrainians).

As for the Ukrainian delegation from “national corps,” it was represented by a couple of girls who dedicated 80% of their speeches to Putin and the Soviet threat. One my presence threw them into confusion, because it was obvious that the reality is somewhat different from the delirium which poor Ukrainians hold in their heads and try to spread. During the Ukrainian lamentations and complaints about Russian imperialism, laughter was heard in the crowd, they were winking at me and even were shaking my hand.

But not without conflicts. Unexpected coldness and even hostility were shown by representatives of the Czech Republic. Constantly in contact with the Ukrainians, the Czechs have been completely ignoring me for two days. The culmination was the conflict that erupted on the evening of the second day when one of the Czechs who has been drunk by that time came up to me in order to make an insult to the Donbas in person. I confess, I had to apply to him limited physical measures after which we were separated, and the Czech, as the initiator of the provocation, was removed from the event. As it turned out later, the Czechs are still experiencing everlasting pain from the introduction of Soviet troops and solidarize in this with ukraine which seems to them a companion in misfortune. I admit that I did not have the idea to occupy the Czech Republic again until this conference.

Finally, I will mention the most important thing. In my rather concise speech that I delivered onstage, I pointed out to our little brothers that the cause of all their problems, their overall present situation balancing on the verge between desperate and hopeless is the abandonment of the Christian faith. Without Christ, Europe will never be able to regenerate, it will never be able to win again. And while European nationalists are sitting fearfully behind a fence in a suburb of Dresden, the Russians are already fighting and will continue fighting until the Empire solves all of its tasks. In addition, I dwelled on the problem of Neo-Paganism cutting down the European Right as syphilis. In conclusion of the speech, I promised all those present that in the end we would regain Russian Kiev. The applause was not stormy, but my words were heard by everyone.

Finally, I will mention the most important thing. In general, we may conclude that the political conditions of modern Europe, the forgetfulness of Christian foundations and anti-Russian propaganda are two factors that make the national recovery in Europe almost hopeless. If we do not come to Europe with all our strength and faith, Europe will be doomed.

And this seems to be understood by the organizers of the conference, Junge Nationalisten, whose leader, baptized as Herman, is our Orthodox brother, a sincere friend of Russian Orthodox Christians. I express to him a separate fraternal gratitude for all the labors, and, on behalf of RIM, I look forward to his reciprocal visit to Russia. Glory to Russia, glory to Christ!

First 3Seas Conservative Forum was held in Cracow

March 17, in the Polish city of Cracow took place the 1st 3Seas Conservative Forum, which is meant to become a cyclic event for the discussion and networking between (non-)governmental organizations in the Central and Eastern Europe region. The organizers (Polish Ministry of Science and Higher Education, Foundation for the Polish Commonwealth, Foundation of Janusz Kurtyka, Student Association for the Polish Commonwealth and Institute of Roman Rybarsky) have already undertaken similar initiatives with success, having co-organized, inter alia, Together for the Future Forum (Forum Wspólnie dla Przyszłości). German supporters of the Intermarium project, who submitted the photo report, were also present at the event.

Energy policy, strategic security and economic cooperation of Central and Eastern European countries, as well as their vision of the transatlantic cooperation and the future of “16 + 1 format” were the main topics addressed at the event.

The first panel session was dedicated to the energy sector. The speakers (Dr. Tomasz Nałęcz, GeoInformation director, deputy director of the PGI-NRI, Wojciech Jakóbik, University of Warsaw, editor-in-chief of BiznesAlert.pl, Mariusz Swora, Attorney At Law, PhD in Law, founder of the Office Dr. Mariusz Swora, Paweł Musiałek, Analysis Center of the Jagiellońian Club) came to the conclusion that the region’s states can carry out some common projects in the energy sector right now, but spectacular projects should not be expected that soon in this area. First of all, these countries must work on safety and think about financial factors. In this context, current geopolitical developments must be taken into consideration as the energy sector is a highly multifaceted industry.

The second panel session was focused on the strategic security issues. A high-ranking guest of this discussion was Romuald Sheremetiev, Professor and a long-time lecturer of the Warsaw Academy of martial arts, former Deputy Minister of Defence of Poland. Other important speakers were Jiří Hynek, candidate in the 2018 presidential election in the Czech Republic, president of the Defense and Security Industry Association of the Czech Republic, and Dr. Maciej Lisowski, representative of Scientific and Production Association in the city of Tarnów, “Zakłady Mechaniczne Tarnów SA.”

The speakers stressed that we should not underestimate the threat of Russia and its attempts to build a political alliance from Moscow to Lisbon, especially in the context of the impending destabilization in the middle East and in the far East, which affects the policy of countries in Eastern Europe. A German-speaking participant of the event also took the floor in the end of this block. He raised the problem of chauvinism as a historical obstacle to the effective cooperation today, as well as talked on the importance of current political developments in Germany for Europe and a metapolitical third-way solution to secure the military, economic and cultural independence of Europe from America and Russia alike.

The last session of the event was dedicated to the economic cooperation in the region. Among the panelists, there were Dr. Mariusz Patey, director of the Institute of Roman Rybarsky, regular participant of the conferences of the Intermarium Development Assistance Group, Sławomir Metzen, entrepreneur, vice president of the Wolność party and Dr. Jevgenij Bilonozhko, Kyiv University, editor-in-chief of POLONEWS. Experts contended that the conditions for the cooperation in this field do exist, but due to the weakness of economies of the region’s states there is no alternative to the economic cooperation of individual states with Germany at the moment.

In addition to the panel sessions, several experts explained  the current international developments in the global economics network. Dr. Michał Lubina, expert in the Russian-Chinese relations, highlighted the tendencies in the “China-Russia-USA” triangle. Jacek Zimmer disclosed the prospects for the liberalization of the energy market in Poland. Dariusz Materniak discussed the scenarios of the future Polish-Ukrainian relations. Prof. Andrzej Bryk talked about the ideological basis for the cooperation between the US and the region’s states in the context of the current political situation in the United States.

To conclude, the event organizers stressed the importance to avoid the sharp confrontation with the European Union before the alternative economic market has been created. The cooperation can yield positive results in the near future, but the current economic power balance of the region’s countries is determined by their orientation towards Germany. The success of the alternative regional integration depends on the professionalism of the specialists involved, as well as on the expected political changes in Germany.
