Saying anime is bad for white people isn't an inaccurate statement. It's promoting the Jewish agendas we're supposed to be fighting. Anime can be very entertaining. It is a more traditional method of story telling which leads it to being popular with the outcasts of society. They get to feel superior for enjoying Mature cartoons for Mature people like myself. But it's still watching cartoons no matter what languages it's in. You're supposed to grow out of that, to stop watching the circus and move forward in life. While you sit in your bedroom with your Evangelion girl figurines and your limited edition Vegeta action figure you're putting your development on hold. You're not learning new skills, you're not improving your ability to express your own culture, you're not even learning anything. You're just sitting in your own filth watching something made for a 10 year old bug person.
You have access to the biggest library of educational information in the history of mankind, You can learn almost any skill with a simple search and a couple of clicks. I'd argue that a lot of Japanese media wasn't meant for the consumation of the Western audiences, but are anyways because money over everything.
The stress the Japanese have to release is miles more strenuous than the Western because of their work ethic. For example, do you notice how fucked up a lot of the fictional stuff they produce is yet their own society has extremely low crime rates? Look, I'm against the whole meaning of "cultural appropriation" but if you consume media meant for a completely different society full of mostly hard workers while being a lazy fuck, then the media that they produce might instead exemplify your own lazy patheticness rather than be a mode of release. Japanese fiction is closer to fiction than the fiction the West produces.
