Race realism at work

I work at fedex, driving a forklift. Niggers are by far our worst employees. I see shit on a daily basis that drains the life from me; I don't know how I keep being surprised by it. Niggers will honk at you (forklift horns are loud enough to hurt old people ears) when you're backing out of your trailer even if you're making eye contact with them, but they will run right into you while looking at you when they back out of their trailers even though they don't have right of way. They never understand when they're in someone's way, it's like they forget that they themselves exist and take up space. They smash freight all the time because they don't seem to understand the forklift controls, think ahead, or just refuse to look at what they're doing. They sit around and talk, usually very loudly and while blocking a busy area, and don't get much done. Supervisors can't do shit because of the race card; one supe got suspended for a few days because he tried to make some do their job a few years ago. They consistently load the trailers wrong, because they won't read the load sheets. They never put the paper bills in the wall slots correctly, they just smash it in there. When they bay freight, they just sit it wherever they like, so the floor gets clogged with freight as soon as it starts to get busy and nobody can get where they need to go. Anytime you try to tell them they're doing something wrong, they give you the evil eye and act like you just punched them. They break the faucets in the bathrooms so they are always leaking. They use way too much soap (hard to believe, I know), like 12 pumps of soap when 1 will do, and paper towels, and for some reason throw paper towels in the toilets and urinals, and my lord does nigger shit stink 200% worse than white shit. They park in the guest lot because they're lazy and can't get in trouble, and they always leave at 4 hours instead of 6 (part-time); if I tried to do that, I'd get fired.

And yet fedex is always hiring more. We have a few that are okay, and a couple that are good.

My friend is an apprentice plumber, and he has a bunch of stories about spics. His older white coworkers are always hating on spics as well. They do shit wrong, or wastefully, or rudely, and their reputation as hard workers is a meme. We've had a few at fedex, but not many, and while they have terrible attitudes, they're generally better than the nigs. I would honestly rather just give nigs a basic income and cut off their welfare and get them out of our workplaces. If fedex paid them to stay home, fedex would get higher profits.

Since we're on the subject of personal experience, every Indian I have ever met does this odd thing where they move their heads from side to side instead of nodding or just shaking their heads. Can anybody explain to me why they do that?

Just wait until you have to work with spics on anything that requires precision like engineering…it is like they have no capacity at all to follow the simplest directions. I have seen hundreds of thousands of dollars wasted. I have seen them destroy MONTHS worth of a teams work, right at the finish line because they 'accidentally' threw away (yes IT confirmed it was them who deleted the files) the entire groups project while 'cleaning their computer' (and no this is not possible). I don't think I could bear to work with a nog and none were ever hired at the place I used to work, the spics were complete imbeciles and destructive enough for everyone. God knows we couldn't fire them (until they lost us hundreds of thousands in a contract) they were a 'diversity hire' that NO ONE wanted to work with…they were horrendous.

I mean LOOK at that photo…she thought that this was acceptable…LMAO…and how many people died for her SHIT judgment and inability AS AN ENGINEER to understand GRAVITY or TENSILE STRENGTH? (granted I think most of them were brown people…but god forbid we let spics do anything that is relevant or important in our coming ETHNO-Nation…it is actually criminal endangerment of the general populace, in my mind to trust them with anything that involves public safety).

see, this is what I don't get. I understand that once a company gets big enough, it is legally required to hire shitskins, but what I don't understand is why dont they hire them and put them in fake positions where they can't do any harm? Why not hire the dumbest, laziest ones out of all your applicants, to satisfy the quota, and make it abundantly clear that they don't even have to show up to work, and just pay them the smallest amount you can get away with? If I were an employer, I simply would do everything in my power to get around that shit.

It really demoralizes your entire company to see people freeload…if you make it obvious enough for productive Europeans people to notice you get slapped with a discrimination lawsuit (since they have lawyers waiting in the wings to sue)…so you have to try to hire ones that you THINK might have the capacity to perform a job WITH SUPPORT from the people around them…however in this case it was a situation of nepotism, so the female spic was working with a spic construction crew, viola…the unwarranted death of many innocent people. I wouldn't blame it all on her shit calculations…a child could intuitively tell you that span was dangerous but you get spics working with spics and now no one is looking out for quality or safety.

Get information on the street shitter to see if he worked at consultancy's or was contracting during his H1-B period. If he did, report him to USCIS. At any time, citizenship or not, if they commit H1-B fraud they can be deported. H1-B fraud includes contracting or consulting off-site during H1-B status.

You'll also find, as your workplace browns out, that curry niggers only and always hire curry niggers unless they need 1 or 2 people to pull the actual weight, and you're a nigger to them. Not because you're worse than them, but like kikes, they stick with their own - even in foreign nations. The curry nigger is a drought on any American company, invite one and they rush for recruiting positions, interview technical leads, or hiring manager positions then they brown out the entire workplace with other curry niggers.

Trust me it would be worse for both of you if there wasn't a pretence that they were working. It is hardwired into both of you, you to resent their retardation and freeloading and them to behave worse and worse the more freeloading they think they are doing.

{shrug} it is really just a way to 'control' both sets of slaves until what you need to get done gets done. If they gave them a basic income and shoved them aside that is going to foster resentment WITHIN THEM about your 'racism'…and they will start destroying things too fast which will cause a natural reaction in you to either fight or flight (so kill them or flee) which is exactly what the parasitic class is trying to avoid until the nogs have gotten around to raping/impregnating your daughter and you have black low IQ grandchildren (which honestly should just be killed as an abomination…but people take them in an pretend that an inner species crossbreed is 'still human'). Anyway, you see THIS is the pretence of 'integration' until your DNA is destroyed and no one gives a fuck what happens to your offspring as they are worthless parasites on the Earth.

Well about the only upside to fastfood jobs I've worked with curry niggers is that being stern and prodding them to do their jobs constantly guarantees they'll actually do it even if they give you "that look" but if it's anything higher then unskilled labor then that doesn't really work anymore since the english words you'd need to use would fly over their heads.
