China started out as a communist oligarchy and is now a semi-socialist republic that still maintains Marxist values while practicing a free market economy. China has a relatively good standard of living compared to first world countries and good education, healthcare etc. India on the other hand, is fully capitalist, with little regulation on the market, and a weak government. And India is infamous for being a literal shithole.

Human Intelligence is pretty uniform when you account for factors like poverty, which cause early developmental problems and brain damage due to starvation, childhood diseases, and parasites. But yes there are still differences. Pajeets and Pakis are not the same genetically, Chinks have the highest IQ of any race so don't pride yourself too much on being white. And Europe isn't too different IQ wise from the Middle East, Native Americans, and Latinos who dont have a large amount of African admixture, when you look at non inbred communities who aren't plagued by poverty or war.

And with the advancement of automation in the work force and de-valuement of human labor, we may need to implement a basic universal income pretty soon.
