I would reccomend making a rig that's like a walking stick so you can remotely operate the can with a fixed (smaller) stencil. This way you can do it sneakily and no one will know until the next day, and no one will see anyone bending down to spray stuff.
Basically making security cameras useless and very difficult to profile you.
