Boot, for example, is already owned by an American company. Their biggest profits will come from medicine provided via NHS prescriptions. They even operate dispensaries in hospitals. People who think the NHS isn't already heavily relying on private business are thickos tbh. Even GP surgeries are run as businesses with most GPs being classified as self employed.
