This user left a phone number and stated his physical location, asking to meet up with other anons to "do vandalism and violence" and tried to show how legit he is by signing his post with "14/88 WP/WW" (WP/WW = White power world wide).
The "hello CIA/FBI" meme gets thrown around a lot, but this is real. This is what a real honeypot sting attempt looks like, and it's a technique that is known to be used by the federal law enforcement in Canada (the user claims to be in Canada and gave out a Canadian phone number, I checked the area code) called "Mr. Big":

Once the suspect has become enmeshed in the criminal gang he is persuaded to divulge information about the specific crime under investigation.
