For any anons out there about to make white babies, you want to make the best human possible right? To do this you need to make sure you fix your bodies; detox, eat organic and supplement with a wholefood based vitamin and mineral complex, execise and do all the research you can, take the necessary steps now to set up the absolute best conditions for success for future baby.
For anyone trying to heal their reproductive system and or increase fertility in order to have the healthiest and most viable offspring do some research and implement as much as you can from the following list:
- Don't drink tap, get decent filtration or buy from a local business. You need to get something that can filter fluoride.
- Meat, eat organic grass fed, Vegetables, grow your own (be careful if there is spraying in sky with aerosols in your area as those particulates eventually end up on the ground and in your soil which is bad news) or buy local organic. - NO SOY duh (its fucking everywhere though so be vigilant, avoid commercial processed food 100% of it is loaded full of this ball shrivelling poison)
