These threads are too extreme, and I think that makes them counterproductive. I'm sure I'll get called an untermensch, but I wouldn't have every been able to quit smoking weed, lose weight, exercise every day and taking my pursuits more seriously if I just decided to do all of them to my maximum ability at once. I had to start small, just by doing 10 minutes of exercise a day. After I got comfortable with that, and then I increased the amount I did each day slowly. Then I started drinking water every day, after I felt I reached an adequate amount of daily exercise. Once I got comfortable exercising and drinking water, I quit weed. Quitting weed would have been unthinkable before I started any of this, but I already had my other regiments to fall back on. I would tell myself, if I can force myself to exercise every day, and drink water, even when I want something else, then I can not smoke weed, even if I want to. It worked. Because of these same activities, I decided I can practice bass guitar every day too. There's no reason I couldn't, and so I did. Then I started cooking regularly, instead of eating out and buying convenience foods.

Am I some model of human fitness, with a million bucks, inspiring jealousy in all my friends? No, not at all, and I still buy my vegetables at the local super market. But I do know for a fact, I am in much better shape mentally and physically than I used to be 3 months ago. None of this would have been the case if I decided to do all these things at once. I could very well be a disgusting ubermensch because I had to slowly gain discipline over months, rather than gaining it instantly after seeing a post on Zig Forums, but if I am going to be an ubermensch, then I'd rather be one that was able to change my life slowly, than one who didn't at all. If anybody here has had trouble actually getting things done, because they overwhelm themselves with all these tasks at once, then start small. It works just fine, even if people laugh at you for not being perfect.

What are some good team work hobbies that are off the computer? I’d have to agreee with the user mentioning how these threads can be a bit unrealistic for the average user. They are generally incredibly useful though don’t get me wrong. I’d really recommend you take small steps first instead of trying to tackle everything, which will surely result in a failure.

Simply improve your hygiene, switch to an alminum free deordrant, shave, invest in a good barber shop and start getting quality traditional clean-cut haircuts. Try to switch over from using heavy chemical based shampoos and body washes, to natural based ones free from animal testing.

The next steps would be to work on your diet, which is arguably one of the most important aspects you can change in your life. You don’t need to drastically start changing your eating habits, but it can be as simple as cutting processed foods out, and forcing yourself to cook at least twice a week for yourself. Also explore your local farmers market every now and then. Farmers markets are a great way to connect with local whites who typically live really wholesome meaningful lifes.

The next step would be to incorporate some exercise into your week. I’m writing this assuming you have never set foot in a gym. If a gym membership is not realistic for you right now start with some home workouts. One simple thing you can do to work on your fintnees at home is but a pull up bar, they typically only cost $20 and you can do a lot with them. If you are unable to a pull up or chin-up, start by standing on a chair and holding onto the bar like you’ve already pulled yourself up. Hold yourself there, and then slowly lower your body. Basically doing a pull up in reverse where you start already up, but helps build up the strength to do a proper pull up.

Focus on diet first, not exercise. You can simply walk until then. Without proper nutrition your body will perceive that it's in a starvation mode and do whatever it takes to preserve fat as a last source of energy for long term survivability. You need to eat clean and well to inform your body its okay to let go of the fat.

That's bullcrap. There is nothing inherently wrong with high-fat food. It depends on the type of fat. Vegetable oils, especially safflower and rapeseed oil are terrible choices, whereas saturated fats and omega-3 fatty acids derived from animal sources like fish are a great choice.
