The only humane and sustainable strategy for Africa is isolationism from the rest of the world. Not that China would respect it. If that fails, it will come down to a fight over resources, and we all know who is best at war.
If China takes over they'll be begging for the white farmers to come back.

Black Africans complain that no matter that Chinese people there illegally are either sent home or asked to leave; they keep coming back. It is dangerous in some areas where the Chinese have taken over, and they will kill anyone that "isn't supposed to be there".
