Microsoft does not get to decide what is and isn't protected by the First Amendment. In fact, the Supreme Court has ruled that the First Amendment protects the right of literal Nazis to hold public rallies and marches in the "Illinois Nazis" case. To claim that Nazi rallies are protected while Nazi propaganda isn't is such blatant pilpul that no judge could accept it. Their only viable argument would be that the First Amendment doesn't apply because they're a private entity. But now they've not only acted like a repressive government, they've admitted the First Amendment can be applied against them.
