Ethnically homogenous nations have been the standard for the vast majority of recorded history. Multiculturalism as a standard is very recent. It is natural for a race of people to prefer their own over others.

Culture and biology feed back into each other. If we keep fucking arguing over genetic differences by effectively saying "OH THE CULTURE THAT COMES FROM THESE GENES IS BAD" we're fundamentally getting into an endless fight, because the culture that made those genes was created by genes that were affected by the culture, etc, etc.
All that matters is that all races can produce viable offspring with one another. They have not differentiated to the point of speciation. Some cultures manifest negative habits. We can address cultural incompatibility. As for the effects of that on genes, and whether or not modern society applies the correct pressure to change those gene pools, or if those genes have more correlation than environmental factors in affecting metrics, those are different topics.

I don't think I'm advocating for more immigrants necessarily; I think we need time to resolve differences between cultures in the US as-is. The difficulty of the real situation is that we can't control the influx of immigrants. But, even White Nationalists in power would have a hard time enacting their ideology with minority concentrations at current levels.

Ideals and reality are frequently at distance from one another, but assimilation is easier than expulsion given the current state of affairs. Europe might be a good place to attempt large-scale repatriations of non-assimilating peoples, once Syria settles, depending on whether or not they want to take a shot at keeping the Muslim cultures around based on their "Western" values. But in the United States, we have some degree of interconnection between multiple cultures already, in varying stages of completion or entrenchment.
