The Swedish labour court ruled the company had discriminated against her and ordered it to pay 40,000 kronor ($4,350; £3,420) in compensation.
However handshakes are traditional in some European countries. Additionally, anti-discrimination legislation may forbid companies and public bodies from treating people differently because of their gender.
So what ever happened to essential job functions? I can't imagine getting too far in the business world if you can't even shake some-one's hand.
This should serve as a massive red flag for any corporations wishing to do business in Swedistan. Your rights as an employer will not be respected. You cannot determine for yourselves who you can hire in Sweden, the government will decide for you. It's a shame since if a big enough company decided they would no longer conduct business in Sweden as long as their rights as a business were neglected, they'd probably change their tune pretty quick but there's little chance of that happening. The country just continues on in its suicidal death spiral.
Austin Martin
Something is rotten in the state of Sweden.
Luis Campbell
Yeah I would avoid that too. Real issue, as always, is Sweden keeping these Mudslimes in their country.
Rolling for a mafia-like organisation to start up and "prevent" these lawsuits from happening. Businesses will flock. Invaders will think twice. Society will degrade a little but immigration would decrease.
Isaac Richardson
What a lovely little double-bind the cucks have made for themselves. Let your employee refuse to shake the hand of the opposite gender? That's gender discrimination. Don't hire a mudshit woman who refuses to shake hands with a man? That's religious discrimination. Guess they're just always wrong.
Samuel Howard
And still the Swedish Police "do their job" preventing any racism. How much longer? Will the Muslims/Jews have to take each one of the Polices and Government Members children as a Wife/Sacrifice for there to be any allowed furor.
Oliver Harris
To anyone visiting here who may think people are overreacting, the issue with these things, while not always articulated well (I probably won't do much better), is that every little cultural concession like this to outsiders by the country/culture (I consider Muslims this regardless of whether they were born in Sweden or not) is setting a precedent and shows the country as weak. Scoffing at the slippery slop doesn't make it any less real, and when you're dealing with a political ideology like Islam that slope gets real slippery real fast if you let it. Now this case is relatively minor but it's one small chink in a weakening armour; create more and more small ones and eventually the whole piece is so weak that it blows apart.
I feel like they're trying to set me up with an extremely easy joke here.
Stop being the eternal redditor that hopes double binds and paradoxes will throw a wrench in the leftist system. They don't care, and in here the muslim will be considered right because he's further from the right wing.
Mason Perry
I'm fully convinced now that genocide is the only answer to the kike question.
Julian Rivera
Ok so it is niggerfucking kikekess lauren southern. Doesn't make this better, just more ironic.

It's called superior values winning out.

I wouldn't sign a contract if the person sitting across from me thinks I'm filthy and won't shake my hand.
Good luck in the business world.

Sweden desperately needs a Salvini-tier leader.

Is this that white sharia I keep hearing about? Obligatory Sweden yes

This is what you're arguing about at the end of your life. Like an old woman spending months deciding who'll get her wedding china and heirlooms, which memento matches particular grandchildren and children, etc. Gets a will made, whole deal. When she dies no one attends the funeral, they take her money, and toss the crap she was convinced they'd treasure in a dumpster. An hour later, she's forgotten. Allowing women to fully integrate everything has castrated the West because the never-ending verbal bullshit is toxic and ennervating on a mass scale. You can't have normal discussions any longer. It's not discrimination, it's liberation. No, it's discrimination when you do it, not me. That shit. On and on. Never ends. Ever. Can't escape it. The verbal mind games and doublespeak is going to drive people mad.
Wyatt Morgan
Exactly. The weakness is fully exposed. Westerners will actually spend treasure and time fighting each other now in the most mundane matters on behalf of their own extinction. A meteor or other natural disaster is needed to bring them back to reality or in a decade they're living in an iron zoo.
Aaron Kelly
No, it's called retardation winning out. Everyone should have to follow the same customs and rules in a society. Don't want to shake hands, go back to sandnigger land. Want to dress like a letterbox, go back to sandnigger land and do it.

THE ENTIRE EU MUST BE CLEANSED WITH NUCLEAR HELLFIRE

Take Hitler portrait and try to parade it around Stockholm and would see how """weak""" country is.
Lincoln Barnes
did they specifically tell her that she didn't get the job because of that? because, you know, sometimes there are simply more qualified, easier to work with, less muslim people around.

This will only cause more outrage and fuel the election of anti-immigration parties. Which is a good thing.

Here is the thing about cross cultural literacy in business. You respect the cultural norms in the country you want to do business in. Adapt or die. Bow in Japan, shake hands in Europe, ETC. This dunecoon wants special treatment and she should get fucked.
Bentley Scott
To be fair, holding hands before marriage is degenerate and should be discouraged as much as possible.

Except when it's dunecoon males and totally not homoerotic in any way…
