Artfag here. It's unfortunate that I have to rely on Tumblr to effectively market my niche, but Artist Gossip was a nice nesting post. People discussed other artists, art ethics like tracing, taking credit for art without realizing others can find the real source somewhere on the interwebz, and even a minor degree in shitposting that was a flavor spicier than what you'd expect out of the shithole that is Tumblr. This was the haven after Artist Confessions, a Tumblr blog dedicated to be a space where anons could express their distaste of certain artist practices. Needless to say, SJWs swarmed the shit out of it and made it worse. This blog is its love child and has seen recent months of peace, where discussion was intelligent and OPs were outed as the colossal faggots that they were when they tried to start groundless shit against artists.
Why did I decide to post this on Zig Forums? The recent new mod was pretty decent. People could say what they want without having to get hounded for trigger warnings or graphic content. And now suddenly, it's shut down. Earlier in the week, it was in one of the threads here that I learned of an SJW group made of femgooks from earlier years who went through their best effort to gain control of blogs, boards, and various sites in order to effectively cut off the internet's balls and run it through a blender. Normally with a half-assed report, Tumblr would take down this blog a long time ago if it actually even had wrongthink, but instead you get pic related. I know several artists who outright hated the site for its freedom to discuss artists openly, but most of them were likely too illiterate to learn how to take it over.
Any possible ideas or ways to find out who probably did this? It had some shit more interesting in it than what you'd find in /art/, and I am really curious if it really is those same femgook haXXors mentioned in one of Zig Forums's earlier threads.

Unfortunately no. Artist Confessions was over 4 years old and wasn't even shut down prior to this one, so I never expected it to happen to this blog despite it being far more tame in comparison. But from the recent weeks that I've lurked, no particular posts were deleted, and the mod never allowed most petty posts to get past. Those were few and far in-between.
Still, fuck their safespaces and secure ours. They should get shat on like 4 does by bots.

That's why you run your own site on your own server, with regular backups, instead of using some kind of "free" service. Yes it costs a penny or two, but unless you violate some TOS of your hoster and have your contract terminated, you don't have to worry about someone weaseling intzo admin power and shut your thing down.

Yeah it's pretty bad. Some of us anons have been doing some experimenting. I myself can say without a doubt that even if you mimick bot threads to the letter, you will not get the amount of responses they do. It's quite clear bots/shills make the thread and direct other bots and shills to post in it. There's some actual human in the mix here and there but mostly it's bots talking to bots.
