Shared living is a good idea, especially since it's going to be the new normal going forward with rising housing prices and general population densification. There are still some challenges that you'll face in trying to maintain a stable household though, and some basics of living that you'll need to accept before embarking on this sort of venture lest you end up tearing each other's throats out. All doors will need locks. It's possible that you'll be in a house where no anons will steal from each other, but this is more a matter of insurance and rental act stuff. By having locks on all the doors of all the personal spaces, you're telling residents and insurance companies that everyone is responsible for their own shit, and that shit has a place: their room. If you're thinking more of a Fight Club house thing with bunkbeds in rooms, then those guys will need to have lockers. Living with a bunch of people that you don't know (or possibly don't want to know) means that in the spaces where you share paths with them, you'll come across stuff that you'd define as out of place that they'd define as rightly placed. Or, put simply, who deals with the dirty dishes left in the sink? You have to make a choice here, either everyone cleans up after themselves and leaves the kitchen clean when they're done, or the entire house as a whole engages in scheduled cleans of the house in order to maintain order. Clutter will sow resentment within the mind, and it's one of the biggest toxicities to deal with when living with others. Everyone's going to want internet, obviously, and everyone's going to use electricity. Additionally, someone may donate a TV to the personal space so everyone can hang out and do communal activities. There will be things that everyone is inclined to use that everyone is also inclined to respect. If you have one person hogging the download bandwidth, that'll cause friction. If you have one person controlling a particular shared space room for their own personal use, that'll cause friction. The best way to do this is to probably determine uses for rooms and allow those rooms to change uses in response to the ways that the housemates are getting along. Speaking of which … People are different. Having the same ideology means you share some deep core values, but that doesn't mean there's going to be chemistry of friendship or camaraderie. And despite how we may all want to be our best, and be up front and direct about our wants and needs, we're all very much dealing with our own baggage and challenges from upbringing, society, environment, and possibly even emotional imbalance. Everyone's gotta be clear on the code of conduct for engaging with people, and how to call people to account for code violations. This might sound like bullshit, because no one wants to live with actual rule nazis when LARPing as living with ideological Nazis. So the inclination may be to simply disregard the need for rules. That way only leads to chaos, as each person then has carte blanche to disregard the rules that most chafe them, and then you wind up with a space where resentment is allowed to grow. A front-loaded challenge of what behavior you'll be called out for allows everyone to realize where they can flesh out their lives, and also enables people to call out others with a challenge to their higher selves. Instead of "why'd you swipe my last onion you sunuvabitch" you get "why do you not respect the property of others, user? You're better than that."
So you have experience. Having live in a shared accommodation for a while now, it's screaming for Whites to take over it. You don't have to let people know who you are. Well there you have a little bit of a challenge. How do you acquire all those people, get them committed to living in a shared house, when none of them know each other? It's not an easy task. Actually, what I'd recommend is you find someone who you know and trust and interview people with that person. The two of you together will act as a Romulus and Remus type of authority, the others coming in would recognize you both as a dominant social authority for the goings on of the house, at least for the very start. Everything could change afterwards.

One thing to remember before meeting up is that given the state of people these days, there's a very good chance that people will have irreconcilable differences with one another, and that's okay. The appropriate method for dealing with that is to accept that it's gonna be the case and try to figure out how to jive with someone around those issues.
One key reason why you want to lay down the law beforehand is you want to give people an indications of the obstacles of communal living before they get into it so they remember that they agreed to things not being easy at the start. Chances are very good that it'll lead to a Band of Brothers style camaraderie, but if you sell people on that then they'll wonder where their cut of brotherhood and support is before they start doing the work necessary to forging a strong house.
