What should the punishment be for false reporting?
Here is on example:
Three negresses accuse 20 caucasoids of attacking them on a bus for being black. Albany University immediately holds rallies in support of them. Videos start appearing a few hours later of the negresses walking over to the whities and beating them. The girls are facing charges of assault and false police report.
What was odd to me is that assault was the primary thing they were charged with, and false police report seemed to be tacked on. If the men were convicted of assault and battery as a hate crime, they would be subject to massive restitution, prison, and public disgrace. This is essentially 1. Stealing, 2. Kidnapping and 3. Slander.
False reporting should be punished about as severely as assault with a deadly weapon, kidnapping, or rape.
False accusations should be punished as the crime reported would have been punished, i.e. false rape charges get the same punishment as rape, etc.

So. If someone gets charged with a crime that carries a sentence of 10-15 years, average that to 12.5 years. A false police report should be conspiracy to kidnap for 12.5 years.
