I can't attest to the nature of the original German version, but if these translations are edited they make a pretty poor job of it, because my heart is pumping with nationalistic fervor on every page I read.

Sure, I've read the first half. It's a fairly dry and boring book, though it does give interesting insight into the mind of a young Adolf and the historical context. I've got a physical copy on my shelves.
