I'll throw out another idea also, although I'm not an expert, I'm simply spitting out ideas. You could commit to a "Clandestine cell system", although this is hard to do if there is no single underlying ideology (ideology being a word that has a negative connotation when it comes to people of whom ascribe to pure individualism, for precise action and change there needs to be an underlying ideology although I'm not sure of which this would be, anything that comes about is often shouted down and shat on completely by the shills and demoralizers, there needs to be a new and general ideology that holds its own against the negative) then it is hard to get this to work because although the cell system works fractured, the glue is that ideology. You could have a cell dedicated to Agitprop and general propaganda to be placed everywhere and anywhere visible by efficient people suited for this, for example replacing bus shelter advertisments (of which there is a straight forward guide on how to do this online) and other such modes. Others cells dedicated to completely online actions of which people with proficient technical skills would be useful for botting, hacking and the like. It's all a vague unpieced together idea floating around in my head so give me a break. Also, I wouldn't reply to this unless you're not routed behind bitcoin VPN/TOR, using a cheap device used for "dangerous" posting and also using someone elses wifi or an open wifi like I am.
