There's a natural gas pipeline going through Virginia right now being put together by Dominion Resources that is causing all kinds of trouble for landowners in the Blue Ridge area. The energy Jews want it, the actual white citizens don't, the Jews got their way by throwing money at the courts until what they wanted was made legal, but the people are still fighting it every inch. There's a huge amount of negative publicity surrounding it, the very notion of a pipeline has a bad stigma attached to it. There are plenty of people out there who would oppose another megapipeline project on sheer principle.

They'll eminent domain you, but they can be tied up in court and bled for money, and eminent domain is struggling these days because it's meant to be a government-only power to turn private property into public property, it was put in to create things like roads, but all of these pipelines and other utilities are privately owned by corporations who turn a private profit by their operation, the complete opposite of how things like roads work, so it's not really legal eminent domain. This was the argument used against the Atlantic Coast Pipeline, that the line would be owned and profited off of privately and isn't a public resource, ergo it's illegal to seize it and hand it over for development. It could still be used here.
