By having citizen ship of brazil you are brazilian (or south african). But by citizen ship of slovakia you are citizen of slovakia. Not slovakian.
It is important to understand that some states were created by importing different genetics from around the world. And some states were created from older (tribal) states with similar (same) genetics.
