Most if not all plants would have mechanical failsafes (which would have to be deliberately disabled manually to conduct any sabotage) to prevent any catastrophic event. At the very most, I imagine all they could do is glitch out the electrical system, trigger an internal power surge and a mechanical failsafe is tripped. Even then you'd need physical access to that system.
