Everyone should care about the environment, that much is true. We need as many recyclable materials in our day-to-day lives as possible. All deforestation efforts need a sustainable replantation scheme. Landfills need to be continually decomissioned and turned into parks.

The cost of mining the rare earth minerals, producing the panels and batteries, and installing them is far higher than the cost of any power plant technology that exists. Just because the cost is distributed across the tens of thousands of people buying them doesn't make it cheaper. The single power plant that would have provided power for those tens of thousands would be an order of magnitude cheaper. PV is an absolute dead end, it requires massive strip mining and still can't supply us with our current energy needs. Forages improve soil organic matter content through root systems, not through shoot systems. Animal razing increases total plant OM more than non-grazing by stimulating increased energy storage in root systems.

In Quebec all farmers sample their lands for nutrient deficiencies, and manure is used as much as possible to fulfil NPK deficiency up to the max the land can take. Animal manure from the same farm or farms in the area is then spread over the land in the spring or fall (when it can be absorbed into the soil, spreading manure over snow causes it to volatilize or be carried away in surface run-off as the snow melts) to recycle all manure before any chemical fertilizers are applied.

Forage is much better land management than cash-cropping imo.

Forage is better for soil improvement because it leaves most of the organic matter behind. Cash cropping has traditionally removed as much of the organic matter as possible to sell. You can't demand that a cow eat 100% of the grass, they will always stomp 70% of it into the ground whether you like it or not, so pasturing livestock by definition forces you to leave most of the organic matter to build the soil. This has nothing to do with manure, and nothing to do with stimulating energy storage in root systems (grazing doesn't do that, that was a hypothesis used to try to explain why grazing is good, which was disproven).

Manure is spread for NPK "deficiency" (there's usually no such deficiency) because it is taking those nutrients from someone else's land and putting it on yours (usually from a corn grower's land, as nutrients were taken to grow corn, then sold to a feedlot and eaten by cattle, and then the manure lagoon pumped into trucks and sold to you). And that person (the corn grower) ends up buying chemical fertilizers to make up the lost nutrients from their land. Cows eating grass and then shitting doesn't spontaneously create potassium out of nothingness, there's no increase in nutrient content from having cows eat and shit in the same field. There is an increase in organic matter, because most of the organic matter the plants are producing is left in the soil.

You would get even better results for soil building from growing green manures and discing them down, as then you would keep 100% of the organic matter instead of 70-80% of it. But we want to build soil and produce food at the same time. Pastured livestock does this no matter what. Growing "cash crops" can still rebuild soil as long as enough organic matter is left behind. In long season areas a cover crop can provide enough organic matter on its own, in short season areas you have to leave the straw from the main crop on the field, you can't take it off and sell it. Conversion to no-till has been a huge improvement, as most farms are now seeing a yearly small increase in soil organic matter rather than a loss as it used to be.

Agreed user. Note that NPK testing is done here to prevent *over-application* of nutrients through manure. Unlike beef, dairy is difficult to graze, so there has to be manure collection, transport, and spreading.

As far as beef production goes however, I've been thinking about moving to a place with low population density and no projected population growth (Argentina). The US and Canada are projected to keep importing more nignogs, and it looks like its going to feedlot corn/soy cow production which is horrible for the land, for the animals, and for the consumer.

No it does not. Government handouts make it worth while for individuals and (((corporations))) that can get those handouts, but solar panels are not worth it on their own. Look at solar power installations, none of them will ever pay for their construction cost in their lifetime.

That's a $3 million dollar a year revenue. If you pretend it costs $0 to run the place, it would take 100 years to pay for the construction, unless they got a (((loan))) and have to pay (((interest))) too, in which case it doesn't even pay the annual interest. And the panels won't produce power for 100 years. The only reason it exists is because the government of Ontario offered to pay some kikes 44.3 cents per kwh when the going rate for wholesale power is 2.5 cents per kwh under the guise of "we're encouraging green power". It is really just a way to take money from white people and give it to kikes and chinks (who produce all of the solar panels).
That's what solar panels are, funneling money from whites to chinks.
