A coilgun or a railgun isn't practical as a weapon at the moment, it will be for sure in the future as battery capacities increase. Best we've got are those massive ones that could be mounted on a ship or maybe a tank, one issue with them currently is the force of the round being fired tears up the rails after a few shots meaning they need repair constantly. They could be wonderful AA/AT weapons in the future for sure, any kind that you or I could make would be a fun little experiment, might be annoying if you got hit by it but it wouldn't be lethal.

I just skimmed through the pdf, those "weapons" in that one section are largely ridiculous and more of a little experiment someone could do if they were bored. Like that laser is just a simple burning laser that you could buy for like 100 bucks and you would likely just blind yourself with it because you wouldn't understand how to safely handle something like that. That whole section could be replaced with instructions for simple SMGs, Pistols, and Shotguns which are literally baby-tier to construct. Tie that in with how to source gunpowder and create rudimentary bullets and you're golden.
The microwave "gun" is the only thing that would have a legitimate purpose and the pdf has it all wrong. A microwave emitter, especially one you rip from a standard microwave at home is a dangerous device for sure but the lethal qualities of it are overstated. It is extremely dangerous to fuck around with those things unless you understand exactly what you are doing and know what it is used for. The use of a microwave device, which would be quite large mind you likely more suited to transportation in a vehicle than anything handheld, would be in short range disabling of unshielded electronics, your imagination can take over from here as that has many uses. It isn't a weapon it is more of a utility than anything. Even testing around with one could get you fucked by the FCC iirc as well so keep that in mind it probably isnt legal. While it isn't lethal you don't want to be exposed to microwave radiation either though, but it's uses are more in it's electrical disabling properties than it's harmful effects on humans. I haven't looked over the other constructive projects included but many of the others including the explosive ones may be similarly useless/dangerous so keep that in mind. Some people post information like that just for purposes of fucking with people who are curious, if you don't understand what you're doing don't fucking do it and read more.

On another note I've decided this manual kind of sucks, there is no english transcription of the original and there is very little useful and coherent information for a would be guerrilla. So I'll keep going with my project and hopefully provide a proper modern Werwolf Guerrilla manual for others to learn from in the near future.

Siege only seems like an insightful book if it is the first book you have read.
Anyone who has already read Dr. William Pierce, David Duke, George Rockwell, and Robert Whitaker's works before chancing upon Siege sees it for what it is; uninspired rehashing of the works of better men except written like a highschool student without a firm understanding of grammar and punctuation.
