Rule 6 laid out a set of Zig Forums beliefs, to define the board as being ~separate~ from, say, leftypol, or any of the other specific political boards. Zig Forums is right-wing. Specifically, it had been a place for national socialists, white nationalists (specifically), cultural traditionalists, and people who are against civic nationalism and the spread of judaism (in all forms) to converse without being banned, censored, et. al. More than that, Zig Forums based its beliefs on objective reality, and the numerical truths that come from that reality. The imageboard format facilitated that, as without a username or “account”, the only thing that mattered is what was said in the post. Shit (meaning lies) filters to the bottom, while truth, theoretically, rises to the top. Truth above narrative.

BUT WITHOUT PROTECTION OF THE TRUTH, IT GETS DROWNED IN LIES.

We see this literally everywhere else on the Internet. Twitter and Facebook are bad examples in practice, but they are good examples of showing how automated bot posting can sway polls, fudge statistics, and control a narrative. Zig Forumsacks have cataloged thousands of burner accounts there posting copied and pasted jewish narratives after this or that world event, with pre-determined hashtags to “resist” such things as ethnonationalism, trade agreements, gun ownership, or what have you.

Reddit in its early days is a better example. Back when there was actually some semblance of free speech there, users would post what they wanted, and it was either true or false, cited or sourced. But then sockpuppet accounts started being created. And now, of course, those socks have created a narrative such that the site owners themselves now ban anything that goes against it, even if it’s true. Narrative above truth.

Without “Rule 6”, or a variant thereof, Zig Forums is nothing. Zig Forums doesn’t stand FOR anything. There is no ideology whatsoever, other than “the majority.” Zig Forums becomes, literally, dictated by what “the majority” says it is, and “the majority”–as we have seen happen many times on 4chan (and here in the past)–is literally just whoever paid for a VPN and a hundred sockpuppets. Zig Forums ceases to be a board, entirely, and just becomes, what? /b/ for politics?

SHORT VERSION: If, by virtue of there being no rules to define what Zig Forums is, redditors get to spam their content (because that’s what they’re doing, by definition. Hundreds of images and posts with content copied straight from the_donald on reddit that are just jewish narratives calling for civic nationalism, white genocide, jewish supremacy, etc. None of that is Zig Forums), then users who are against the reddit narrative also get to post their content. That’s what you asked for us to do. imkikey destroyed Zig Forums by forcing only a reddit-level narrative. Anyone who posted anything against Trump got banned instantly, for example.

People now flood the board from off-site, coming here and spamming their copied and pasted posts, attempting to take over and control Zig Forums‘s narrative. It was truth that hurt their feelings and went against the narrative they were attempting to craft, and so they lashed out against it, going so far as to get you involved. Just like they did to control reddit in the first place.

When you have “free speech” as the only rule, the only speech that is actually free is lies. All truth gets reported. Reports that aren’t acted on are complained about. Complaints build up, and then the site owner either gets involved (only to save his revenue, as in the case of reddit, to defend the truth, or for some other reason). Without explicit protection of Zig Forums and what Zig Forums was created to be, the board will, likely, now become explicitly what you removed imkikey for turning it into. I hope to hell that I’m wrong, but I did live through kikey and see what the board became, so given what we’re seeing already…
