Starting to suspect they're an early iteration of the "EU army" Macron is begging for. I've heard it said that some of them are speaking languages other than French to one another, which is big if true, and they clearly give no fucks about France or the people they're battering. I don't KNOW that they're foreign troops, but I've seen nothing that rules it out. To steal a flag from a wounded man and tear it up then beat him with the pole is subhuman shit.
