I'm getting 3 locations on a lazy jewgle search for the Wisconsin Madison location. The second I can obviously ignore as it doesn't fit the description of "park/museum" but the other two do.

They likely don't even know this exists, and even if they did they cannot cover all the areas or even reliably find participants if they were to deploy an agent. It would be an utter waste of time for them.

For Austin, the Greenbelt or the trails by the river may work.
If any anons are local to upstate NY perhaps Albany could be an option - there is a free museum not too far from the park there, it's the Capital of the state and it's pretty central and thus hopefully pretty accessible.
