Please come 4 hours west over I-80. It's nice (except for winter but if you're white and have a garage/carport you only worry about snow.) UT is really open in the capital's suburbs with some currently competitive housing prices. We are also losing our population rapidly to beaners because of miscegenation and wide open interstate highways with little protection. However the community is prevalent, and you might be welcomed by the mormons if you're a faithful sort. Although many will judge, they likely haven't ever known about any other beliefs since Mormons live in a real-life Halo 2 bubble-shield without too much knowledge of any other faith until they reach about 25 (totally my opinion, but they're damned intolerant of any other religion if you go to Utah County). Otherwise, there's prime land at competitive prices and you can have a nice private life here.
If you consider UT just be aware you might have to acclimate a bit, if for no other reason than to at least know when certain Mormon shit (general conference) happens. It's the best Saturday to go out (once again only if you aren't one of the LDS Inc.)

Come to Minnesota. Stay away from the Twin Cities, Shakopee, St. Cloud, and Duluth. I visit CO quite often, and Denver is a fucking dump. Personally if I lived in Denver and wanted out I would just move up 25 to the Ft. Collins area as it reminds me a lot of our western suburbs (almost rural).

At that time, and during high school the composition of my entire graduating class was just over 300 students. Chattanooga, TN and Greenville, SC are the last decent cities in America IMO. They're both located in manufacturing hotbeds so they retain a common sense blue collar culture that no longer exists in cities where the economy is dependent on FIRE (Finance. insurance, Real Estate) or tech/research. Both are "young" cities in that their growth phase is still underway so going rural/innawoods only takes a ~20-25 minute drive from either city center. They're also majority white by a large margin (Chattanooga moreso) and actually growing whiter as people move from the Rust Belt (important as its conservative/right leaning whites moving in rather than leftists fleeing their failed Democrat-owned states) following the manifacturing sectors shift toward the sunbelt. They're both getting expensive but only because of the strength of the middle class created by the existance of good paying manufacturing jobs for anyone willing to work (VW's staffing company will pay anyone who can pass a drug test $17.50/hr, they run TV ads for this every night).

Also, you only have to deal with 3.5 seasons. Winterchan still blesses us a few times a year but you aren't stuck with 10 degree weather for weeks at a time like you have to deal with in Wisconsin/Minnesota/etc.
