I want this to be pinned, because there is a lot of debate over who is white. In the Bible, Noah had three sons: Shem, Ham, and Japheth. Japheth was Noah’s oldest son and he became known as the father of the white race. Japheth’s lineage goes as follows.

Magog: Scythians, Goths, Swedes, Finns, Huns, Slavs, Magyars (Hungarians), Irish;

Javan: Ionians (Greeks)
Tubal: Tabali, Circassians, Georgians, Italics, Iberians, Basques;
Meshech: Phrygians, Meskheti, Moschoi, Illyrians;
