2.) Promote whiteness to all subraces as a means of elevating their culture out of the dregs of humanity.
— Using again science to do so, we will show the world things like pic related and many other bits of data which all point to one obvious conclusion: Whites are the best race and result in the best societies; that there is a direct correlation between whiteness and success in any and all things.
— Offer as an export tons and tons and tons of very high quality white sperm to lesser races and their nations.
Portugal already has a program wherein they attempted to BLEACH their society for the better, and had great demonstrable successes with it.
