All organizations preparing to file INDIVIDUAL lawsuits. This is being done deliberately instead of filing a single class action lawsuit to gum up the works at the SPLC, so they can no longer continue their daily activities.
The most recent lawsuit is by lawyer Glen Keith Allen who was targeted by the SPLC who destroyed his career by claiming he was a "Neo Nazi lawyer". Allen is a Libertarian Ron Paul supporter and First Amendment advocate who defended a White Nationalist group.
The SPLC defamed him publicly, claiming he was himself an evil white nationalist. Their only evidence for him being an evil white nationalist was a comment someone made about him in a thread on a White Nationalist website.
He was fired from the city of Baltimore, whom he later sued and won a settlement of $15 million.
When Allen defended himself, the SPLC hired a plant to join his law office. The individual stole a laptop and a memory stick with confidential materials.
The Jewish hate group is comprised of a cabal of fanatical Jew lawyers funded by wealthy old far left Jews to relentlessly attack, disband, vilify and destroy any and all Christian and White identity groups in America has been hit with a major lawsuit. The SPLC is used as an authoritative source on Hate Groups by the mainstream media, corporations like Amazon, and leftist political structure. These groups accept the SPLC's statements as facts and act on them. When the SPLC is taken to court for defamation, they claim the accusations they make are merely "opinion" and not fact.
