White text on a dark background is objectively easier to read, especially at night. All-white displays are harmful to your eyes.

But unless you keep them locked up in the basement how are you going to override all the exposure to media? Everything was mostly okay before the invention of the radio and television.

They never stopped using propaganda. The technology and media made it more efficient. Even with zero reduction in 'getting women to be responsible' and even with zero 'collapsing' it would become difficult to keep the degeneracy away.

Computer programmer here. Black on white is the worst option. White on black is decent, but I've also used green on black, blue on black red on black. Less light is easier on the eyes.
My default choice is blue on black, which allows you to focus your eyes slightly further. Red is closer. When you have mIt's like highlighting with your eyes by focusing on different distances.

This is all irrelevant when you're talking about making screenshots for other people to read though. OP's images are too low resolution too look good with white on black.
