We went through a period of history during which basically no one believed in the pagan religions. Due to this historical circumstance, the recent resurgence of paganism is completely different in quality from the old paganism. The old pagans were honestly doing the best they could with what they knew and simply didn't know Christianity. The new pagans are children or grandchildren or great-grandchildren of Christians in rebellion against Christianity. They know all about it (or at least think they do) and are in conscious rebellion against it. The old paganism was based on ignorance. The new paganism, because of it's place in history (and especially in your case) is based on rebellion.
Because of how neopaganism is infused with this undertone of rebellion, you will never get the kind of sincere devotion to their gods that the old pagans had. It just isn't possible – your motives are too radically different.
There may be a tiny minority of pagans on this board that are sincere spiritual seekers, but most of you are trying to forge an identity out of not being a Christian, rather than forming a positive identity based on real religion and culture.
Some of you will respond to this by saying "well pagans were oppressed by Christians so we don't have our true religion anymore", which just goes to show that you are actually participating in the Cultural Marxist victimhood industry and have been weaponized against the European Christian majority that our civilization is built upon.
