Company I work for has about 20,000 employees. For a password, about 1/3 of these people use the season ("summer" or "winter", depending which it is) and the last two digits of the current year. This evolved out of the network admin forcing everyone to change their password every six months. So right now, at least 6000 of these clowns are using "Winter19". Worse, when they are obliged to change that password in about three months, you already know exactly what they will change it to. This has been going on for years.
