My relative worked in a food factory years ago.
At first it was all white, about 17 years ago, but then the country got flooded with niggers, pakis, and orientals. Anyway, a couple of years ago an engineer at the factory was crushed by a machine used to pack the meals on pallets and wrap them in plastic so they could be put on delivery lorries. The packing machines are about 10 feet high and the size of a small room. He turned it off and got in to fix it. A manager said to one of the Filipino workers "Why is that machine off? Go and turn it back on!". So the Filipino went and turned it on, and crushed the engineer.
Now what would happen years ago when the factory was all native white is this: the manager would ask why the machine was turned off. The worker would say something like," because there's obviously an engineer fixing it dumbass". If send to look, the white worker would just shout into the machine "x, are you there" and not go near the machine until he had of course found out if anyone was in it. But not the oriental. Oh no. "Turn on the machine". "Yes boss". Kills worker.
Just like the Chinese, no common sense, no initiative, no intelligence, no flexibility.
That was the first fatality in the factory for 30 years. Thanks diversity!
