First of all, National Socialism is not marxian socialism.
Why does marxism exist?
It is a psychological weapon invented by jewish intellectuals. Its purpose is to remove the existing power structure and replace it with a very similar, but concealed, power structure under the control of a different group.
It functions by promising the masses everything, then delivering nothing once total power is achieved. It tells dissatisfied people what they want to hear.
Marxism enslaves the masses as chattel property of the state. They are placed under the complete totalitarian control of the party aristocrats.
Of course, the "masses" are told that they are freeing themselves and putting "the power in the hands of the working class," but that is a lie. The workers in marxism cannot own property, nor benefit from the product of their personal efforts, ability, and efficiency. They have very little, if any, control over the government. Instead their place in society is virtually identical to that of slaves on a plantation. The "party elite" becomes a closed "good old boys club" that decide who gets any power, who is a serf, and who goes to die in the gulag for being "problematic."
The appeal is exactly the same as the appeal of abrahamic religions. Marxism itself is an abrahamic religion. It tells people that if they believe in the marxist system then they will eventually reach the "workers paradise of the future." It's all bullshit of course, but under marxism that future is sold through massive propaganda. Most people just want to live a nice life and have their problems and worries go away. Marxism promises that (falsely). The main difference between the control system of marxism and that of christianity is that marxism preaches a material paradise of the future, while christianity preaches a "spiritual" paradise after death for all the good goys. The trouble, from an oligarchic perspective, with christianity is that it preaches that the rulers must abide by the same rules as the masses. The oligarchs don't want to abide by ANY rules, and under marxism they don't.
Marxism tells the masses that the rich people and megacorporations are ruining their lives.
This is usually true.
It then, if it gains power, proceeds to replace the rich people with even more powerful and totalitarian oligarchs who ruin the masses' lives even more.
Christianity = feudalism = oligarchic despotism of the "right"
Marxism = communism = oligarchic despotism of the "left"
Christianity is better than marxism since the church at least tries to reign in the excesses of the oligarchs, but we need something better than either.

Within a specific racial group there is regression to the mean. Thus even a group of superior "elites" will, over generations, regress towards the average of their population group.
