National Socialism as a concept can be applied to any nation (that being a particular genetic stock). While you could never actually be part of a European-derived nation due to the actions of your parents (that's just a fact), that doesn't mean such a nation couldn't be friendly towards you.

In a friendly scenario allowing you to stay in the country, you would lose voting rights, welfare rights, and likely citizenship on the same level as Americans would have because a National Socialist government is for its nation above non-nationals. It must be that way to ensure the state serves the people it was created by and for, and it is a system that many non-members end up really enjoying.

The dilemma is a matter of your birth. That's why Zig Forums is very harsh on race traitors because your case is extremely unfortunate. You don't fit neatly anywhere, and that's something a National Socialist would rather not have happened. Puerto Rico is your best bet since the miscegenation there resulted in a nation of your type more or less, and you could use the circumstances of your birth to help improve that place with others like yourself.
