Four helpless inmates shackled to a table were brutally attacked by a fellow prisoner at one of Ohio's most notorious maximum-security prisons.
Security camera footage inside the Southern Ohio Correctional Facility in Lucasville captured the horrific attack in motion, detailing the extent of the victims' injuries and raising questions as to how the assault was aloud to happen in the first place. Shamieke Pugh, who was one of the four inmates involved in the attack on June 4, 2017, believes the prison guards helped to orchestrate the attack.

There was one hell of a riot at this prison back in the day. I knew a guy whose uncle was a CO out there that got killed during said riot. My mom worked in the office there before deciding it was best not to. There was a young lady who worked there, a beautiful woman. One of the inmates took a liking to her. When he found that she was due to leave, he got a shank and slit her throat, because that's how a criminal scumbag's mind works.

He didn't get it, so he convinced a fellow inmate to stand close to the chain link fence separating them under some pretense. Then he strangled him. What did he tell the authorities? "I just proved I can still get to people even if I'm locked up here". They approved his request, and gave him the death penalty soon after.
