Even the comms hubs and cell towers with diesel backup generators only have 7 days of fuel on hand, plus another 24-48 hours of battery power. Before you even got off the ground you'd be swarmed with infiltrators. If you actually struck a significant blow (say knocking out a large portion of the east coast's power grid) then the military response from the System would be all encompassing and shockingly violent.

The standard rule of thumb for revolutionary action is that around 10% of the population has to actively support you. That doesn't mean every one of those has to pick up a gun, but it means having access to their resources, property, money, etc. Maybe we can half that number because of the massive apathy among the American populace and the fact that a good number of the people who would oppose us would likely emigrate or return to their home country if things actually kicked off. That's still around 15 million people.
