We've known they have the "missing" emails for a very long time. That Stonetear guy set up an automatic backup to a Juniper Networks server and that thing was recovered a long ass time ago, as the FBI released showed. He might have managed to wipe the bathroom server with a cloth but the colocated facility also had copies of the data (likely versioned as that's how you most efficiently do an offsite rolling backup) and it's been in the government's hands since at least two years ago.
Bump, now these emails may be scrutinized by people other than those hired to ignore them.
