I would amend your concept (which does indeed read as butthurt) to state: Don't do anything for an attractive person that you wouldn't do for an ugly person. Don't give them preferential treatment, don't tip them more, don't let them to the front of the line, don't give their opinions any more weight or thought, than you would for an unattractive person. This small amendment changes a butthurt tantrum into a fair and protective ideal that actually helps the person who follows it AND the multitude of uglies out there.
