Jewish AI "Godfather" Worries about China AI

The Jewish media is declaring Yoshua Bengio, a minor figure in machine-intelligence research, as a "Godfather of AI" along with Hinton and LeCun. This comes a week after (((Soros))) warned of Chinese AI.

Why? You see, the Jews have a plan to use AI to enslave all Goyim, so they cannot allow any non-Jews to control AI, or it could pose a risk to their plans to enslave everyone.

(((Bloomberg))) – (((Yoshua Bengio))), a Canadian computer scientist who helped pioneer the techniques underpinning much of the current excitement around artificial intelligence, is worried about China’s use of AI for surveillance and political control.
Bengio, who is also a co-founder of Montreal-based AI software company Element AI, said he was concerned about the technology he helped create being used for controlling people’s behavior and influencing their minds.

"This is the 1984 Big Brother scenario," he said in an interview. "I think it’s becoming more and more scary."

(((Bengio))), a professor at the University of Montreal, is considered one of the three "godfathers" of deep learning, along with Yann LeCun and Geoff Hinton. It’s a technology that uses neural networks – a kind of software loosely based on aspects of the human brain – to make predictions based on data. It’s responsible for recent advances in facial recognition, natural language processing, translation, and recommendation algorithms.

Deep learning requires a large amount of data to provide examples from which to learn – but China, with its vast population and system of state record-keeping, has a lot of that.

The Chinese government has begun using closed circuit video cameras and facial recognition to monitor what its citizens do in public, from jaywalking to engaging in political dissent. It’s also created a National Credit Information Sharing Platform, which is being used to blacklist rail and air passengers for "anti-social" behavior and is considering expanding uses of this system to other situations.

"The use of your face to track you should be highly regulated," Bengio said.

Bengio is not alone in his concern over China’s use-cases for AI. Billionaire (((George Soros))) recently used a speech at the World Economic Forum on Jan. 24, to highlight the risks the country’s use of AI poses to civil liberties and minority rights."

Imagine being this blue-pilled. The scenario has already been implemented years ago This is going to be worse than that. Wrongthink/hatespeech will result in capital punishment as opposed to prison time.

Yet advancement in generalization would vastly reduce the amount of data required to yield as accurate results for tasks. So that puts the U.S in a position where developing artificial general intelligence becomes top priority. That of course prompts the Chinese to also dedicate their resources to try and reach the same goal before the U.S does. It's already too late to stop this chain reaction of development, even if it takes decades to reach it.

In the long run, this will likely end up making their control more uncertain despite being absolute in reach. Because everyone (even the rulers) would increasingly relying on AI to make ever increasing intelligent analysis and decisions on their behalf. A human mind wouldn't cope with the rapid paced information environment that would exist due to the sheer volume of data an AI deals with every second. So humans would have to trust AIs to best represent their interests. That alone makes the concerns of today look insignificant in comparison.

As for this sudden concern about China's AI development now, it's useless, because China isn't going to give a shit about what the west says. They'll keep pressing on. They're fully aware that AI supremacy is a viable method to expanding their power globally.
