Non-ionizing radiation is not powerful enough to ever break molecular bonds.
The radiation used for communication can, at worst, heat up matter by transfering energy and making molecules vibrate. If cell towers were heating up your body, you would be aware of it. They would also be heating up everything else in their effective range, not just you.
Unless we somehow started using ultraviolet or X rays for communication, cell towers aren't going to adversely affect your health.
