This statement is just the Jewish version of the negroid "muh dik" since "Chutzpa" is the Jewish equivalent to that. Both races have a tendency toward the same essential behavior, unsurprising. Both races are hated in-part for the same essential reason, unsurprisingly. Being publicly audacious gives Jews higher social status, just like wearing gold chains does for negroids.
Jews are taught their anti-gentile doctrines as early as possible. Those doctrines are formal and central to their culture. You can easily have four or five year old Jewish children, without a proper filter as of yet, derisively calling you a goyim. In fact, to spend enough time around them is to learn to brush off that common occurrence.
