i just watched season 03 last week. to me, John Smith is the hero of the series. when i watch, i see the world through his perspective. i cheered when he finally captured the Man in the High Castle. it has been a huge black pill seeing the depictions of life in the Reich–the Aryan paradise, the 1950's Americana ideal, and comparing what should have been to what we have today(Kike Paradise). the Reich is focused on one goal: achieving greatness. so far i have been able to tune out the anti-NS SJW themes in the show. MiTHC is the best big budget fully blown special effects Hollywood production values depiction of a successful Reich. i'm not sure how Amazon got away with this. must have slipped through the cracks. it's meta in a sense–a show about opening portals to show an alternate timeline itself becomes a portal to show an alternate timeline. This show always seemed like crappy alt-history to me the Axis could never invade America nor wanted to But given the context of the show, why would they leave huge swathes of white American country? I don't think there would have been a Cold War between Germany and America.There might be some initial tensions depending on nuclear power, and sure the kikes over in the US would try to stir the pot in some form, but a victorious Germany means that America would have had to stay neutral during the European war, which means that they aren't as influential a factor to get the US to support the Soviets and send them supplies. Hitler didn't like nukes, and I'm sure portions of America that are NatSoc sympathetic would be able to find grounds for some sort of accord though not to denuclearize America would likely be too busy mopping up the Japs. Although, a heavily NatSoc sympathetic Brazil and Argentina might pose some sort pan-American tension. Definitely a Cold War between Germany and Britain though.
