Even 3 million could be enought to make a modest temple .
With aportations of 100€ we woild need around 30000 crowfounders easy if we organize and publicitate it well, there are million of people in this era of souless materialism that are eager to embrace their roots but doing know where to direct.

1. 10 million isn't even close to enough, you need way more to even get a intercity property and all the permits for a historical site.
2. It will be owned by jews. Even if you have really wealthy whites pool together, the jews are going to bankrupt you and buy the property.
