One last thing that bothers me, before I start building a database, is how both Tarrant and Dylan Roof stated they wanted to provoke retaliation and war. It's fucking stupid and was believable with Roof, but Tarrant was too thoughtful to think this. People don't naturally avenge each other like this on a large scale, especially low trust niggers. It takes a leader to declare war, otherwise it's confined to killing the killer. The only possible way a lone wolf could trigger retaliation is framing a leader such that no evidence or deals can resolve the problem. This is not consistent with Tarrant's actions. Thus I doubt the stated motives.
