Compression. The gunsot is loud so the device reduces the
mic gain to compensate. When the loud noise is gone the mic gain goes back up. There is a slight lag in a cheap small device like this which makes the compression more noticeable.

This is the cleanest and most well produced version I've found of the third song Brenton played.
The only issue is that the user does not have download set as an option for it. I have tried soundcloud downloaders, but they only let me download in 192kbps which is unacceptable.
If anyone knows of a similar (meaning no jarring break in the middle) version of the song or a way to download it as a 320kpbs mp3 I would appreciate it.
