In almost all cases the Police never catched the perpetrators or sentences were a total joke. If any, because apparently according to german liberal politics sentencing a refugee to serve prison time is extremly harsh on his mental state because he is in a "foreign" enviroment and there may be a language barrier, hence its better to let them go free and "occassionally" check up on them, like once each 30 days.
