South African Boer here. I'm going to Europe in May with my two daughters (8 and 14) and want to give them an experience that will instill a sense of white pride in them. What are some must-visit countries and places for a kind of 'white pride' tour of Europe?

At this point none, but you would be very welcome in Poland and Hungary. Czechia is cool as well. Avoid Russia, Belarus and Ukraine, but if you would really like to, visit exclusively St. Petersburg in Russia and nothing else. For other white (or "white") countries, excluding Caliphate of EU, can't say, because I never visited them. In all cases you would need to go away from tourist places (except in Petersburg - just go sightseeing on your own, and don't enter dark alleys - but you wouldn't do that already with 2 daughters) and plan very good in advance (preferably with a few local words / phrases printed out with phonetic pronunciation, as all 4 languages are confusing as fuck to any non-slav).

There is a saying that Edinburgh is the 'best-kept secret' in Europe and for that reason I rarely recommend people visit it, (because I want to go back without throngs of tourists) but since your daughters will be with you and it is safe, clean, EUROPEAN still, full of history and highly cultural I recommend it.
I went once for Beltane and another time for fun. I stayed at the Principle on George Street so anywhere in that area is good, but I also walked all over the entire city and never found a single Ghetto or anything disagreeable. The people were cordial and polite and they laughed at my dumb jokes. Here is a photo of the Hotel I stayed at and a photo from around town. It is clean, no ghettos and the architecture is old and stunning as well as the gardens etc. The food is to die for and the museums, while not great like London are all free and with their own character.

When I was in London last time staying in Hyde Park (another expensive hotel) AND STILL there was some fucking nigger BLM (even though England has never had slavery) riot in the park that brought flood of them into the area, being loud disgusting filthy and hassling Whites…in that way, London has become disgusting like Los Angeles where you are only 5 minutes away from a ghetto no matter how nice the area you are in, so it is dangerous all the time. Oh and if you go for Beltane, get tickets now…and be prepared to spend the coldest night of your life watching the festivities. Beltane in Edinburgh is pretty spectacular and is uniquely European as well. But I am telling you, whatever you think of when you think, 'dressed warmly', double it, the scots are all running around naked or half naked and I was unbearably cold. Beltane is also an all white thing so no need to worry about subhumans. It really is beautiful, clean and still European. And I would have never mentioned it but the OP has two daughters and it is probably the safest large city I have ever been in because it has no subhumans in it (at least I didn't see a single one, not even as a tourist; whereas there are more niggers in London, within the city limit than there are Europeans/Whites in ALL OF AFRICA) while I was there. I recommend the whiskey bars (it was really a restaurant that was renown for their worlds finest Scotch whiskey selection) as well…I am not a fan of whiskey but since I was there, I went to one. I was sad that I didn't have the proper appreciation for it but it was just layered with different notes and fragrances and other subtleties that someone who was familiar with one of the worlds finest whiskeys would have really appreciated. It reminded me of the Japanese ideology that quality is more important than quantity and I really didn't want that much because I don't have more than one drink when I am in a strange place.

If you want to see a historic German city, that is one of the few options. Prague is touristy and dangerous, mostly scams and pickpocketing, your car is not safe. Depending on season you might encounter diversity as well.
