Right now, Venezuela's Maduro is backed by Russia and China. Both Russia, China, and EU nations (everyone except France/UK) continue to vote against further military interventionist policies in Syria. Why? It doesn't benefit them economically.
China, and some EU member states, each take in millions of barrels of oil from Venezuela's Maduro.
The Saudis have offered to replace Venezuela's role (somewhat) but are incapable of fulfilling the needs of China and those EU nations entirely.
Israel and America want to oust Bashar al-Assad, but cannot get China/ those EU nations (France and UK are on-board) to support ousting Assad.
If the US/Israeli ZOG can insert their puppet Guido into Venezuela, China and the EU member states opposing ousting Assad would be threatened with losing that Petroleum, so the US/Israel would use that petroleum as a bartering chip, alongside the Saudis stepping in to fill the void, in order to gain support for ousting Assad.
Trump giving the Golan Heights (its merely ceremonial, the Golan belong to Syria) to Israel further stacks the deck to force Assad to respond- which he has already stated they'll never give up the Golan. Russia and Iran are fully backing Assad, and we know Israel wants a war with Iran.
If Venezuela falls and Guido takes over, it will absolutely fucking infuriate the Russians, who will further deploy assistance to Syria. Israel will be on the sidelines hand-wringing hoping and praying that either Damascus or Tehran make a move against them over the Golan, because it would cause world war 3~ Russia is 100% behind Assad, and Iran right behind Russia.
Kushner is whispering into Trump's ear "Don't worry Donny, our House of Saud friends will fill the void to China/EU, when we take out Maduro in Venezuela."
That may be true, but Kushner knows damn good and well that Israel has an ulterior motive of baiting Syria or Iran into attacking Israel to kick off WW3. Trump may in his mind believe that Assad will just bend
