It's poping of in Paris again

It could be bad infrastructure or people tapping into gas pipes illegally and generally not taking care. This happens a lot in third world countries, so in places where you have people used to these ways you'll see repeats of it. There's a lot of fires and accidents in those places.

Were the fire fighters okay? That fireball looks like it could have hurt them if they were in action at the time.

There's smoke pouring out of the building before the explosion. Im no eyewitness, but I believe that would mean the explosion was preceded by a fire.
